  I first came to Chart Clinic in May 2015 , at the time I was training to do the London Surrey 100.
  I met with Paula, who went through in great detail my personal details and why I was visiting.
  During this time I began to suffer with a frozen shoulder, this got progressively worse and was referred to the Muscular Skeletal Interface Team for an examination (through my doctor). I cannot even begin to tell you how grateful I am to Paula, I had 7 months of not being able to lift my arm very well which after key hole surgery turned out to be a bone spur in my shoulder. During the 7 months of my arm being awkward, I was suffering massively with a burning sensation in my shoulder area, not sleeping very well. Paula's magic hands helped so much to alleviate the pain I was in!
  Post surgery - I am still going to see Paula! THANK YOU PAULA!!!!
